Unless indicated otherwise, the Content may be used in accordance with the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence.

Where particular Content is indicated as being offered under a Creative Commons licence other than the CC BY 4.0 licence, that Content may be used in accordance with that other Creative Commons licence.

Where particular Content is not associated with a Creative Commons licence, that Content may be used, reproduced and communicated free of charge for non-commercial educational purposes, provided that any acknowledgements are retained and moral rights are respected.

Where you use the Content in accordance with these Terms of Use, you do not need to comply with the requirements of any statutory licence (for example, pay royalties to a copyright collecting society such as the Copyright Agency) for that Content.

The Website provides links to third-party websites not controlled by ESA or the Commonwealth of Australia (the Commonwealth).  The Commonwealth and/or ESA:

  • is not liable for third-party websites;
  • does not control third-party websites;
